Acknowledgement of Refund & Non-Transference Policy
California State Parks and Cloudwise Solutions do not offer refunds for permits sold through this site, including, but not limited to: Sno-Park Day Permits, Sno-Park Season Permits, California Nonresident OHV Permits.
I understand that:

All purchases are final
A physical permit must be displayed and clearly readable on the driver’s side of the vehicle’s dash.
All permits are non-transferable, e.g. no change of trip dates
No refunds will be given if a Sno-Park is full, inaccessible, unplowed, or closed for any reason
No refunds will be given for lost, stolen, or destroyed permits
No refunds will be given for change in circumstance, e.g. change of trip dates, winter storms, etc.
Parking at California Sno-Parks is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Purchase of a Sno-Park permit does not reserve or guarantee a parking space.
Permits are not for specific lot locations. Permits are valid at all 18 Sno-Park lots.
